She married Samuel Otoo Hassall, son of Rowland Hassall and Elizabeth Hancox, at St John's Church in Parramatta, New South Wales, on 22 November 1819. This was one part of the 'triple wedding' of the 3 Hassall siblings.1
She was widowed on the death of her husband Samuel on 25 July 1830.1,2 She was buried in May 1882 at the St Paul's Cemetery in Cobbity.1

David Millar was born in Falkland, Fife, on 9 May 1839.1,2
He married Margaret Brown in Cupar, Fife, in 1871.3
He was widowed on the death of his wife Margaret in 1900.4,5
He was listed in the 1921 census as Head of Family at 119 Alexander St in Old Monkland, Lanarkshire; he was retired, but had been a Guard with the North British Railway Co. His daughter Margaret was listed as living with him, as was his grand-daughter Mary Brown Fergusson and grand-sons David Millar Fergusson and Angus James Fergusson.1
David died in 1922 in Old Monkland, Lanarkshire.6

Francis Russell Miller

Francis Russell Miller was born in Dunedin, Otago, on 2 February 1914.
He married Dorothy Eleanor Mynard at St Mary's Church in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, on 8 September 1942.
He was Mayor of Invercargill, 1971-1983 (the 40th mayor of that city) and was awarded Companion of the Queen's Service Order for Public Services in the 1978 Birthday Honours.1
Francis died on 25 February 1992 in Invercargill, Southland, at age 78.2 His ashes were buried on 13 July 1993 at Southland Crematorium in Invercargill.3
