Colin George Milne was born in Bordertown, Wellington, South Australia, on 18 July 1909.¹

He married Hilda May Nicholas, daughter of Robert Nicholas and Edith Jane Forsaith, at Clayton Congregational Church in Kensington, Norwood, South Australia, on 24 October 1936.²

He was widowed at age 77 on the death of his wife Hilda on 6 December 1986.³

Colin died on 25 November 2001 in Hamilton, Victoria, at age 92. He was buried at the Hamilton Lawn Cemetery in Hamilton.

Francis died on 16 February 1915 in Christchurch, Canterbury.^3,4 He was buried on 19 February 1915 at the Linwood Cemetery.⁴
