She was listed in the 1920 US census at 64 South 18th St in Columbus, Franklin, Ohio, with her husband George; he was the proprietor of a jewellery store and they owned their own house. The household included Eunice's mother Lucinda Minerva Kauffelt.1
She was listed in the 1930 US census at 1835 Bryden Rd in Columbus, Franklin, Ohio, with her husband George; he was manager of a jewellery store. The family house was owned (value $12,000), and contained a radio set. Their child George was listed as living with them, and a nurse/servant was present, possibly to look after Eunice's mother Lucinda Minerva Kauffelt, who also lived with them.4
Eunice died on 3 February 1955 in USA at age 69.3 She was buried at the Green Lawn Cemetery in Columbus.3
