Louisa arrived back in Southampton on 3 August 1907 from Sth Africa on the Kildonan Castle, with her brother-in-law and sister Charles and Ellen.8
She was listed as the sister of Ellen Monica Rees in the 1911 Census at Somerset House, Somerset Terrace in East Boldon, Durham.9
She was listed in the 1921 census at Vicarage in Barmby Moor, Yorkshire, in the household of her parents, William Davison Wood Rees and Ellen Forsaith, and was the Asst Secretary at the Yorkshire Association for the Mentally Defective.10
She was appointed executrix of Ellen Forsaith's estate in York, Yorkshire, on 11 March 1924.11
She was listed in the 1939 Register at St Kilda's in Pocklington, East Riding, Yorkshire; she was a secretary for mental welfare. Ada Gwendoline Rees was listed as living at the same address.5
She was appointed executrix of Ada Gwendoline Rees's estate in York, Yorkshire, on 16 August 1952.11
Louisa died on 10 June 1977 in Sunderland, Tyne and Wear, at age 92.12,13
Her will was probated in Newcastle-on-Tyne, Tyne and Wear, on 21 July 1977 with her estate valued at £18,333.13
