Agnes Ross Dickson was born at the Auld Blackmoss Cottage, Bellshill in Bothwell, Lanarkshire, on 19 October 1874. She was the daughter of James DICKSON (banker's clerk) and Jane CAMERON, who had married in Bathgate in 1867.2
She married Angus Ferguson, son of Alexander Fergusson and Elizabeth Stewart, at 87 Meadowpark St in Dennistoun, Glasgow, Lanarkshire, on 6 June 1895. He gave his occupation as mercantile clerk.1
She was listed in the 1901 census at 2 Kennyhill Gardens in Dennistoun, Glasgow, Lanarkshire, with her husband Angus; he was a cashier. Their children James and Jane were listed as living with them.3
She was listed in the 1911 census at 38 Staffa St in Dennistoun, Glasgow, Lanarkshire; she gave no occupation, from which we assume her husband (absent in Canada) was supporting the family. Their dwelling had two rooms with windows and none of the family spoke Gaelic.4
She left Glasgow bound for Quebec and Montreal on 25 May 1912 on board the 'Hesperian', accompanied by Jane (Jean) Cameron, John and Elizabeth (Betty) Stewart.5
She was listed in the 1916 Canadian census at 424 Anderson Ave in Winnipeg North, Manitoba, with her husband Angus; he was an accountant, but out of work. Their children James, Jane, John and Elizabeth were listed as living with them.6
She was listed in the 1921 census at 706 Garwood in Winnipeg South, Manitoba, with her husband Angus; he was a railway weighmaster and they were living in a 6-room rented house. Their children John, Elizabeth and Jane were listed as living with them.7
Agnes died on 13 June 1927 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, at age 52.8

He left London on 26 April 1951 on board the 'Straithaird', bound for Sydney, with his wife Adelaide. Their last UK address was 30 Hawarden Ave, Sefton Park, Liverpool, and he gave his occupation as 'electrical engineer.3'
George died on 24 October 1997 in Melbourne, Victoria, at age 75.10 He was cremated at the Springvale Botanical Cemetery in Springvale on 28 October 1997.11
