She was listed in the 1921 census at 16 Essex Rd in Enfield, Middlesex, with her parents and six siblings. She was working as a clerk in the same electrical business where her father was the accountant and her future husband was a visitor on census night.⁴

She married Frederick Leslie Forsaith, son of Frederick Rooke Forsaith and Elizabeth Annie Barnes, at St Matthews, Sth Street, Ponders End in Edmonton, Middlesex, on 3 August 1922.^1,5,6

She was listed in the 1939 Register at 287 Milton Rd in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, with Frederick Leslie Forsaith; he was a surveyor for the Air Ministry Directorate - a position he had applied for in 1928 - and also appears on the RAF lists as P.A.S.I. (acting) in the early years of the war.^3,7

Phyllis died on 7 March 1967 at Addenbrookes Hospital in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, at age 68.^8,9 She was cremated at the Cambridge Crematorium in Cambridge on 10 March 1967.¹⁰

The illiquidity claims appear to be mainly against a Charles Henry PERRINS and involve a salt-petre mining company; it is unclear if Charles Hubert PERRINS is the same man, and/or whether he had an interest in the business, but the Sth African records also include his death notice (1909) and Liquidation & Distribution Accounts (1910).⁵
