She married Arthur William Forsaith, son of John Stokes Forsaith and Sarah Esther Roberts, at St Giles church in Camden, London, Middlesex, on 7 July 1902.2,3,4

She was bailed at the Police Court on 29 July 1907, then subsequently tried for the theft and receipt of one pearl pin and other articles, property of George Pudney, to which she pleaded guilty and was fined £20 with a further surety of £20 on 22 August 1907 at Newington Court in London.1

Kathleen was the subject of a divorce filing by Arthur William Forsaith in London, Middlesex, on 21 May 1909. The divorce petition cited adultery by Kathleen with Henry WILLIAMS and George ANNIS (uncontested) and decree nisi was granted 23 Mar 1910 with a final decree on 4 May 1914.4
