He was listed in the 1901 census as Head of Family at 2 Park Rd in Camberwell, London, Middlesex, with his wife Amy; he was a metal refiner. Their child Grace was listed as living with them, as was Amy's mother Laura Susan Snow. The household also included Amy's step-sister and step-brother Ellen Emma Evans and David Jinkin Evans, who were listed as Frederick's sister- and brother-in-law.2
