Frank Hooper Sargent was born in Shoreditch, London, Middlesex, on 2 April 1885.1,3
He married Nellie Augusta Martha Snow, daughter of Abraham George Edward Snow and Martha Nelson, at St Barnabas, Hornsey Road in Islington, London, Middlesex, on 10 July 1915. Frank gave his occupation as a Sick berth steward, Royal Navy.4,2
He was listed in the 1921 census as Head of Family at 56 Waterloo Rd in Gillingham, Kent, with his wife Nellie; he was a sick berth Chief Petty Officer in the Royal Navy and was also listed in the Royal Navy Hospital records for Chatham. Their child Percy was listed as living with them.5
He was listed in the 1939 Register at 109 Boundary St in Tottenham, Middlesex, with Nellie Augusta Martha Snow; he was a medical dispenser, ex mercantile mariner.3
Frank died on 11 November 1957 in Edmonton, Middlesex, at age 72.6,7
His will was probated in London, Middlesex, on 20 February 1958 with Nellie Augusta Martha Snow appointed executrix of an estate valued at £2015/15.8
