She was named as a beneficiary of the will of Robert Forsaith, her father, dated 5 September 1817 at Wades Place, Mile End Row in Middlesex.4
She was named as a beneficiary of the will of Elizabeth Forsaith, her great-aunt, dated 1 June 1824 in New Sleaford, Lincolnshire; as her father Robert had pre-deceased, his share of the estate was to be divided equally amongst his children.5
